Looking for a roommate to take over my brother’s room in my 2-bedroom apartment at Theo Apartments in Denver starting at the end of June. The apartment is a newer build, on the 5th floor as a corner unit with lots of windows and a mountain view. The building has a pool, gym, and rooftop hangout area, plus in-unit laundry.
I’m 33 and work as a barista. I moved here from Columbus last summer so I’m still pretty new to Denver. I’m sober and prefer a pretty low-key, non-party home.
I have two Boston Terriers (Felix & Olive) who are very friendly and mostly just sleep while I’m at work. Olive doesn't get along with other dogs, so I’m looking for someone without pets.
I’d describe myself as quiet, kind, and down-to-earth. I’m looking for someone responsible and respectful who shares similar values (aka no Trump supporters). Rent is around $1400 + utilities. Feel free to message me and tell me a little about yourself.
