SHARED AMENITIES INCLUDE: WiFi, cable with HBO, SHO Starz etc. (all on demand and ESPN package), large kitchen with standard appliances as well as deep freezer, rotisserie machine, high powered microwave, washing machine, every kitchen utensil needed and dining room seating. You will be sharing a large main bathroom with two very CLEAN people who are hardly home. We take turns weekly to clean the bathroom and clean after each shower. The apartment is a Safe, Quiet, and Peaceful place. A professional, chef, admin manager and an entrepreneur currently staying here. Our environment is uplifting, fun, hassle and drama free, and a very cool place to live in.
