This is Aditi Mehendale. I am a Northeastern University student studying MS Regulatory Affairs. I’ve secured an apartment at 1197 Boylston Street, Apt 37 in the Fenway area for the Sep 2026–Aug 2027 lease term, and I’m looking for two female roommates to join the unit. I’m not currently living there yet, but I’ve already paid the first month’s rent, so everything is confirmed and ready for move‑in. I’m hoping to create a clean, respectful, and non‑smoking all‑girls apartment with a calm environment that’s great for studying and day‑to‑day living. I’m responsible, organized, and prefer roommates who are reliable and easy to live with. Since the building requires it, I’m looking for roommates who either have a valid I‑20 through Aug 2027 or a guarantor/co‑signer. The apartment is bright, well‑ventilated, and in an amazing Fenway location just minutes from Northeastern, with grocery stores, cafés, and transit right outside. I’m excited to find friendly, considerate roommates who want a convenient and student‑friendly home for the year.
