We have a nice backyard with trees, a shaded patio with chairs, and a fire pit you may use any time. There will be 1 parking space for you in the driveway. Designated space for you in the fridge freezer, pantry and cabinets. We ask that you hand wash your dishes and keep the sink clean. Guests are allowed but we are not a party house. Asking for 700$ due every month on the 1st. 500$ security deposit is due up front. You will receive the security deposit back if the room and house are not damaged and left in good condition, but when the time comes you must give a 30 days notice of your move out date. This is a highly coveted place to live because we keep it peaceful, professional, and mature. We take care of the house's needs from deep cleaning, to making necessary repairs and upgrades.
