Room for rent. I have 2 dogs

I have a full basement for rent. I couldn’t tell you the square footage. You could probably it but I’ve owned a home for two years now it’s me and my two dogs. I work full-time running a mechanic shop so I’m hardly there if I am, I’m outside in the garage working utilities included, and Internet. You have your own door and has a garage door as well and you will have your own bathroom just upstairs right outside the door. I’m willing to install the bathroom in the basement as well.
