Lease take over

Hey everyone, had some unexpected financial changes occur and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at 124 Fern Ridge Ct. in Athens. The house is 1800 square feet with 5 beds/3 baths. You’d share the house with 4 of my friends who are all solid guys and students at UGA. Rent is $3100 a month, so it would be $620 for you personally. Security deposit is already paid for. The move in date is August 1st and it’s a year long lease. The apartment is already secured and everyone else has signed, so I’m trying to find a replacement ASAP.
