Rooms for rent in a newly built 2024 home, 3 bed 3 bath, 1,950 sqft with a 2 car garage. The master bedroom is available for $900/month. You’ll have your own full private bathroom and a walk-in closet, so it’s basically like having your own apartment space. You’re welcome to use the living room and kitchen however you’d like — bring a sofa, TV, silverware, etc. Just please be respectful of the house. No drilling into walls or damaging the place. There’s also another smaller room available for $700/month. The bathroom would technically be shared with me, but I’m rarely there, maybe about one month out of the year. So it's mostly yours. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included for both rooms. Garage parking and outdoor parking are available as well. I can also provide a washer/dryer and a locking doorknob with key if wanted.
