Room for rent in the center of downtown, Houston on Main Street. Metro rail stop right in front. Rent includes all utilities (electric, internet, water, etc). Access to the gym is available as well. Note that parking is NOT included. A space in the parking garage will have to be purchased if needed. This is not a shared lease. I own the loft. I prefer to rent to someone who comes to town during the week to work or travels a lot and am willing to work with people in this situation. I keep my home in good order and clean and expect the same. I usually get along best with older gentleman but if the vibe is good will consider anyone. Let’s meet and see how we vibe. The loft is in the heart of downtown Houston. Places like Toyota Center, House of Blues, Daikin Park, Discovery Green, George R Brown, Notsuoh and all the night life on Main Street is all walkable in 15 mins or less. Want to grab a bite to eat? Lots of places both above ground and during the week day in the tunnels! Work in downtown like me? Perfect! Don’t have to drive into town to get to the office! Need direct access to the tunnels? Got it!
