Room+Optional Office in West Philly

Hi! I'm Logan. I'm a 41 y/o primary care doctor with a house in West Philly. I've been living on my own but I have 2 spare rooms I don't use and would like to have a roommate. One is a nice-sized bedroom and the other is fairly small, but would be a great office if you work from home, or just a spot to hang out or do yoga, for example. I work Mon-Friday and am out of the house about 8am-6 or 7pm daily. I love to cook and make dinner for myself most nights. I'd love to share meals if you might as well! I am an omnivore. I'm also queer (which nearly goes without saying in West Philly), and welcome roommates of any gender or sexuality as long as we get along. I have two cats, one small and in love with lapping, and one more squishable who is a bit more aloof, but sweet. There's a back patio area as well as front porch, so hopefully we would both have ample space! The bedroom has a nice bed, bed frame, large closet, dresser, and book shelf, but if you have your own items I can rearrange so that the room is a blank slate for you. I'm open to a lower rent price as well, which we could discuss if things are feeling positive for a match.
