Take over my lease

Looking for someone to take over my lease because at the moment I can’t afford to break my lease. I’m moving back home for work. Location is round rock Lantana very nice super close to everything and walking distance to a lot of stuff. I will leave the apartment fully furnished.(optional) the only thing I asked is that you go through the apartment complex requirements just in case if there’s any issues you’re able to address them yourself been here two years and haven’t had an issue. I really enjoy this place.
