Available now! We’re looking to fill a basement bedroom in a 4 bed, 3 bath house in Edgewater, walking distance to the Edgewater Beer Garden. The room is a spacious 21’ x 11’ with a private bathroom and large closet. Our previous roommate is open to selling his bed, dresser, nightstands, desk, and bookcase for cheap, so the room can come fully furnished if desired. The house has a large, turfed backyard and -scaped front yard, so there’s very little yard maintenance. It also has a two-car garage and this room comes with one of the spaces. Rent is $1250 for this room. Utilities not included – we all split the water/electric/garbage bills equally and it usually amounts to ~$100 per person per month. We are three male friends in our late 20s who work full time and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. The current lease goes until August 31, 2026 and we'll renewing through July 31, 2027 if you want to stick around for another year.
