Furnished living/dining areas, and in-unit washer/dryer. Our complex is a quiet, secure, gated community with two swimming pools and beautiful valley views. A little about us: I’m an executive and a sole parent to a 12 year old boy who is the Thelma to my Louise. We have a medium labradoodle and 8 pound terrier who adore each other. We maintain a clean, smoke-free, and alcohol-free environment and value a calm, respectful lifestyle. Rent is $1,100/month + $1,100 deposit. Utilities included. Street parking.
