East Nashville $1250/month Looking for someone to resign my lease with in June. My current roommate is moving out soon but not sure of the exact date. Utilities are normally $150ish a month including WiFi New washer dryer Huge garage and lots of storage, big back yard too A cat is ok but no dogs please (I have a disabled dog that can’t be around other dogs) Private bathroom and a nice 3rd bedroom for storage or office or whatever. Great location, right off of Hart lane so it’s easy to get onto Ellington and Gallatin. Peaceful neighborhood, nice neighbors and the train is normally really quiet.
