Roommate or Place

29-yo female looking for a place or roommate! I work in mental health and am studying clinical psychology. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I love the outdoors, concerts/festivals, and farmers markets, but also enjoy chill/vibey nights at home. Bonus if dogs are allowed (on a waitlist for a therapy dog), but that is not a dealbreaker, as I can take myself off the waitlist! Preferably in the Belmar area, but I am flexible on that, as well.
