Looking for 2+ bedroom to rent in

Hi. I’m a single mom of 2 teens looking for at least a 2 br to rent starting May 1st. Hoping to stay below $1300 (I know it’s pretty impossible these days) in the Waterford area or at least within 10 miles of it because work and school is in that area. I’ve been in my current home for almost 10 years but long story short, after leaving my ex (we were evicted) a family friend offered me drastically reduced rent in return for looking after their disabled sister. She moved to assisted living a couple years ago and the family can’t afford all of the expenses so they are needing to raise the rent higher than I can pay.
