I’m moving to Philadelphia in 1 week, and I’m looking for housing. I’d like to sublease or get on a new lease with anyone interested. Can start in April/May. Open to 2b/3b/4b. I love exploring music; I have a collection of records and other physical media, a mix of blues, rock, and rap. I own a synth and a sampler. I am learning to make music.
