FYI: Other roomie is looking too so you’ve might’ve already seen this post once! Hi! I’m a WFU grad currently renting a home with 4 other roommates (5 total). Our lease ends end of April, and 3 of my roommates are moving out, so we’re looking for 2–3 people to take their spots. We have a master bedroom (previously shared by a couple), so we’re open to another couple, but singles are totally fine too—or even besties who want to share the room (we’re used to living with 5 people haha). We also have another room available! • Master bedroom: $820/month • Second room: $500/month We prefer female roommates (a couple can be male/female, etc.), but we’re open to males as well! The lease is for one year and can be renewed. We also have a form that will need to be filled out to see if you’ll be the right fit for us as we want to continue to have roomies who can pay rent each month and get along:) I’ll send once we start communicating!
