BR townhm Located near Ventura & Van Nuys, this is the PERFECT location - where the local highways intersect. Pretty laid back household, neat & spacious. Non-drinker/non-smokers, but smoke friendly if you do it OUTSIDE. Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly-- and it's a really refreshing neighborhood to take walks in. 2 current tenants, F; We're both outgoing but quiet in the home. No loud music, no partying, just all good vibes.

What we are looking for:
A new renter in Feb/March move-in

Who we are:
We are both really laid back, tidy and organized. We both travel a lot. Justin's in the music industry (he manages an A-list DJ) and I have my own business and I sub-contract in Behavioral Health. Neither of us have guests very often and if we do, we don't do overnights. It's pretty quiet and like I said, we are both very easy going.

Ideal Renter:
A non-smoker, no pets, tidy, professional and/or traveler. Enjoys peace and quiet, but easy-going, and NOT tedious. Focused, goal-oriented, optimistic, and value healthy living, friendly attitude, private, and don't have many guests (if any).

The Property Location:
In Sherman Oaks, where the intersect, just off Ventura Blvd. We are on a tree-lined street, lots of recreation/shops/restaurants within walking distance.

The Room:
It's extremely spacious, has its own private restroom w shower & walk-in closet.

Shared Space:
Common areas are restocked at all times with needed items (kitchen towels, paper towels, sponges, trash can/bags, etc.) and we don't hang out much in the living room, mostly in our rooms if we're home.

Parking:
Tons of free street parking, no permit necessary...always lots of open spots...great neighborhood.
