We are three easygoing, respectful women looking for a fourth roommate to join our clean and peaceful Mid-City home. We all get along well and value a drama-free, positive living environment — so we’re hoping to find someone who feels the same.

About the Space:
• Private bedroom
• Your own private bathroom (toilet + shower)
• Shared living room and kitchen
• One available parking spot
• Sweet, friendly dog who lives with us (she’s basically the 5th roommate 🐶)

Rent & Utilities:
• $ per month
• Utilities billed separately (LADWP + internet)

We keep the home tidy and comfortable, so we’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces. If you’re looking for a calm, welcoming home in a great Mid-City location, this could be a great fit!
