I’m looking for someone to sublease my room due to a job opportunity in Denver. (Guys only)



The apartment is at The Quarry Luxury Apartments near Prospect & Shields. It’s less than a 5-minute drive to CSU.


You’d be living with two great roommates (both guys), and we’re the first people to live in this unit, so everything is brand new. Tons of amenities as well.


Details:

• Move-in: Anytime in May (Can be earlier if needed!)

• Lease ends: End of July
