Room for rent but unique situation

Hey guys! Text me if interested and I’ll send pics but please read full description first 😊 we’re a unique situation. We have a huge livingroom, bath. As well as a laundry room, kitchen, garage and a big fenced in backyard. You get permission to use the neighborhood pool & gym. My names Andrea and I’m . My husband is Jake and we have a 5 year old. Our house has my brother in law living here and our friend who works nights so you’ll rarely see him. But anywho my brother in law leaves for the navy in May so we’re looking a roomie to take his part of the lease. You’re welcome to move into the 4th room as our sons bed and everything is in our room. But eventually my brother in law will leave and you’ll then take his room and his part of the lease. Other than that a bit more about us is we’re friendly but we keep it in our own space. We all work full time jobs so will be gone lots during the week. 2 of us work days and 2 work nights so we’ll be out a lot. But on the weekends we’re all home and hanging out with each other and the pets. We have one pit, 1 kitty, and 4 rats 😆 we occasionally go out drinking but definitely have to have the healthy mindset of working too. So we expect the same from you. Our only requirements are is a full time job that’s consistent and that there’s not strangers coming in and out. Close people are okay but we don’t like seeing a bunch of random people. Other than that we’re extremely laidback people :) huge ststly but are big family people. We love to be on a good vibe with our roommates. We also welcome kids and pets 🫶🏼 we love all so message me if you want more info and pics. We’ll go out for a drink and see if we vibe 😊
