The condo is a bath unit less than minutes to Indian Rock Beach and is about a mile to Eagle Lake Park. This quite plus community includes a pool. It is within walking distance to Winn Dixie, Starbucks, Bank of America,Walgreens and bus stops. Other nearby places of interest includes bars, restaurants and several gyms(the closest is Amped Fitness which is open hrs and under .3 miles from my condo.

Monthly rent is $ with an annual lease. Utilities are included except for electric. One half of the electric bill will be payable to landlord when due by the electric company each month. Wi-Fi is included in the rent at the current speed. DVR can be rented though the landlord for the same fee as charged by the provider. Tenant may increase the internet speed by the difference.

Before moving in, first month rent of $ plus security deposit $ is required. An application will be needed in order to run a Credit Check. No pets or inside smoking.
