Hi there.
I'm a year old woman, I have a 4 year old son, Archie, and we are on the hunt for our own space to rent.
I have amazing rental history and references. I am neat, tidy, respectful, organised and responsible. Archie will be starting prep in the new year, and I will resume employment once he has settled in to school.
I love to cook and clean. I like to stay organised, and keep my space tidy and neat. I know we would be amazing tenants.
Would very much appreciate a room or apartment for at least months, but longer term availability would be perfect.
