Area is very quiet and nice. Perfect roommate setup with private bathroom!

Quick drive, less than mins away from the Avolon in Alpharetta.

Place is furnished (except the bed room to be moved in). There is basement space for small storage and a small garage for 2 compact sedans, otherwise there is plenty of street parking.
