Lease Takeover — Accolade on Chestn

I’m graduating this semester and looking for a female to take over my lease in a B at Accolade on Chestnut ( Chestnut St). It’s a great option if you want a modern building right next to campus with in-unit laundry.

Apartment & Room
• Building: Accolade on Chestnut (graduate-student-oriented, modern building)
• Floor plan: bath – you would take my bedroom with a private bathroom
• Fully furnished bedroom: bed + mattress, desk + chair, wardrobe/closet, etc. – move-in ready
• In-unit washer & dryer (no need to use a shared laundry room)
• Modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

Lease Term
• Available: January (flexible start date around early/mid January)
• Lease end date: July
• This will be an official lease takeover through the Accolade leasing office (not an informal sublet) – we’ll coordinate with the office for the transfer.

Rent
• Current rent: $/month (per person, utilities included) – below current official rates for new B leases at Accolade.
• If you’re a good fit and can confirm quickly, I’m open to discussing a small move-in incentive (details by DM).
