Hi guys!

We're looking to sublet our apartment ( bath) from January . This is a Euclid3 apartment (next to Indian Flame). The apartment comes fully furnished, all utilities and laundry included with the rent.

For the A room, rent would be starting at $, but is very negotiable.
For the B room, rent would be starting at $, but is very negotiable.
Term of stay is negotiable as well.
