Looking for a Roommate – Move-in January

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy, and kind roommate to share a 2 bedroom condo very close to the Junction. About a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s in West Seattle. Closer to Fairmont Elementary School.


About the place:
• Rent: $[/2 electricity +inter webs. Other utilities are included.
• Move in date as soon as January
• Move out date flexible. year desired.
• Partially furnished if desired
• Private bedroom + with shared bathroom
• Amenities: Laundry, street parking, small storage locker
• Lease: 1 year lease but move in and move out date is negotiable.


What I’m hoping for:

Someone that loves dogs and enjoys sharing space! I want a female roommate and someone responsible! Someone that is generally tidy but is okay with some mess and yapping. I think not having a car or a pet. Someone interested in building connection - although friendship is not a requirement!
