Bedroom with mirrored BIR, carpet all over the apartment's floor apart from kitchen and bathroom. Balcony. Bills included, also for Internet. I am an independent researcher, female, married, husband currently living in the US, and it will be just you and me in the apartment, couples not allowed. Living room has one couch where 3 can sit. Microwave and fridge provided. There is intercom and the apartment is in front of the train station and bus stop (practically). Small supermarket and pub just across the train tracks. No drugs allowed. Can use the Lock Up Garage for extras per week. There is free parking outside and also under the building.
