About the household:
We’re a clean, organized, and laid-back couple recently engaged and just moving into this newly remodeled apartment. My fiancé will be the primary resident (male), and we’re looking for someone respectful and easygoing to rent the second bedroom for 6 months to 8 months while we prepare to move in together next summer. (Ideal renter's move-out date, May )

We value a peaceful home environment - no smoking, no parties, just a calm space with occasional family dinners. The apartment will be fully furnished by early November with a light, minimal, beach-cottage feel. You’ll have access to the kitchen, living area, and shared spaces.

Final Notes:
Move-in costs are the first month’s rent plus a $ security deposit (total: $).
Move-in date is flexible, but ideally around the end of November / early December.
