Hey there! I’m Renee — a kind, creative, and down-to-earth single mom looking for a roommate who might also turn into a real friend 💕 I’m hoping to find a cozy spot in the Maryville or Rockford, TN (possibly Knox) area where we can share a comfortable, easygoing home together.

I can cover up to $/month toward rent, plus the internet and my own groceries. You’d cover the remaining half of rent and the electric bill so everything’s split fairly for both of us.

A little about me: I’m artistic, love music, and enjoy gaming here and there 🎮 (nothing too intense — just cozy fun). My kiddo is my world — she’s sweet, funny, and with me most of the time, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable with a child being around and understands that we’re a package deal 💖

I’m totally fine with smoking or vaping, just not around my kiddo, and I’m okay with small pets as long as you can cover any pet fees or deposits.

I’d really love to find someone kind, respectful, and easy to get along with — someone who keeps things tidy, enjoys their own space but doesn’t mind a movie night, a gaming session, or just hanging out and chatting once in a while.
