Looking to rent a room in WPB or PB

Looking for a room to rent. I’m looking for a place, I’m quiet, respectful, responsible, able to pay a fair amount of money, don’t have parties or weird boyfriends or anything like that. It’s just me. Looking for a place because where I’m at now, the room has no heat, and I’m told I can’t use a portable heater. The AC unit on the window has a heat button, which I tried to activate, at , but it didn’t work. It will only go on cold. So I’m cold at night, during the day. It’s a nice house, people are nice, neighborhood is great, but I’m cold. I’m very thin, and so that makes a difference. But, I am having difficulty sleeping, just because I’m cold. So, please let me know if you have a room, in WPB, or Lake Worth, walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. I don’t want to go to Boca, Del Rey, or Wellington. I want to be close to WPB because I’m looking for a job. I have income, to pay rent! But I’m looking for a job as a PT job, for something to do, meet people, get some extra cash. Since I’m on SS, I can only earn X dollars a month, so, it’s not a lot. I get income from a property I partly own in San Francisco too. Money isn’t an issue. It’s the location, amenities, (pool, place for my plants, sun, a nice kitchen, and w/d.)
