Hello. I am looking for a responsible, clean, financially stable, roommate in Tujunga. New tenant can furnish their space (bedroom & bathroom). There is also second room (extra cost) available for an office space, etc. The home is furnished in a Native theme. New tenant has access to “shared spaces” like kitchen, living room, dining area, breakfast nook, backyard, garage space, parking, etc. This rental is spacious & offers a beautiful nature-filled environment that is quiet and peaceful. The home also has Ring cameras that surround the outside of the property for safety. Near major freeways. *This is for a tenant that values quiet time, serenity, peace, rest time, nature, and a clean-living space to call home.
Looking for a person that respects boundaries, has good communication, & a non-smoker. No drugs. Just a good hearted chill person that is drama-free.
