You will also be required to provide proper maintenance and upkeep within the residence. (UNTIDINESS, MESS AND UNCLEAN BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED)

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: This is a TEMPORARY rental occupancy from the beginning month of January til the Ending month of December deposit is required. Middle of the month admissions are accepted. (FOOD & PERSONNEL HYGIENE SUPPLIES ARE NOT PROVIDED!!!!)
