The room has an adjustable memory foam queen size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, TV, mirror, and 2 closets in it. You will have your own private bathroom that’s attached to the room. The room is Feet Long by Feet Wide. There is also a half bathroom downstairs to use as well.

You will have access to the whole house along with the amenities. The light-filled living room is luxuriously appointed with a comfortable L couch, a big swivel chair, comfy shag carpet, and a TV in front to relax by the fireplace. Access to a back deck equipped with a grill, a fire pit, and a sitting area will make this a place you never want to leave. You’ll be pleased with the functional kitchen with ample countertop space, built-in cabinets, electric stove, and microwave, fully equipped to prepare quality meals with extra storage space.

It’s an Alexa Smart Home with a Smart thermostat and programmed with Alexa lights app, voice controlled by Alexa and on your phone. There’s ceiling fans throughout for summer comfort. There’s Heat/Air Conditioning. There’s private parking. It’s in a quite, safe, and great location. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, minutes from the Beach, minutes from Camp Legeune Military Base, and more!

Couples are accepted for this room. No Pets allowed. A background check is required, proof of ID is required, a minimum of a 6 month lease is required, and one months rent of $ along with $ security deposit upon moving in. Please contact me if interested.
