Apartment at Campus Pointe

Hello! We are looking for 3 people to take over our leases for a 3 bedroom apartment at Campus Pointe for the Fall year. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Kent State University (main), with 2 bus stops also available on- if necessary. Monthly rent is $, included utilities are sewage, water, electricity, cable tv, and master antenna. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, shared living room and kitchen space. Each tenant has their own pantry as well as their own fully furnished bedroom and bathroom. Feel free to message me if you are interested!
