Located just a few blocks from the University of Redlands, downtown Redlands, bars, restaurants, parks, schools, churches, and freeways, all walking distance. The house is a bed, 2 bath house. You would be renting 1 unfurnished room. You can have full access to the common areas of the house. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub, sink, and bidet toilet. Full kitchen with amenities, fridge, appliances, living room with tv and streaming apps, water softening installed throughout the house and also an alkaline drinking water tap in the kitchen. We have washer and dryer available in our new 3 car garage and there is a secured parking spot for you in there as well. Wifi and water is included so we just split gas and electricity between everyone ( people). There is $ fee to run your background check. Deposit is $ due on move in day. Thank you for looking.
