Hello! I’m looking for one female roommate to share my beautiful home. The house is located in the Westchase/Citrus Park area of Tampa - fifteen mins from the airport and twenty
mins from downtown. It features a large living room, spacious backyard with a wonderful lounging area, and your bedroom has a full, private bathroom (you will need your bedroom furniture). There are washer and dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, outdoor grill, large flat screen TV, wine fridge, plenty of cookware, and ADT home security system. Please note I have a 4-month-old Doberman puppy, so it’s important that you like dogs 😊 He is sweet, playful, and loves the attention. I’m looking for a roommate who is kind, reliable, respectful, and clean; preferably a young professional in her thirties like myself. *Available May 1* Utilities are included in the monthly payment.
