Male Roommate Wanted (May)

Description

Looking for guy to takeover my roommate’s room and start a 1 year lease (will need to provide information to management) beginning of May. Primary room with own bathroom, access to patio, central AC (honestly don’t use it that often as it stays a very nice temp). ’ with large closet. The common area is fully furnished (will be getting TV and dining table). Looking for someone who is healthy and leads an active lifestyle, male, not a huge partier (at least here), clean, responsible, and doesn’t let politics bother him. We have a quiet, clean, condo that we rent from and is well kept and has 3 pools, tennis court, 2 FREE parking spaces (I have the assigned spot) and have had no issues for 3 years. =)
