Urgent lease take over

Hi everyone !
urgently looking for someone to take over my half of a lease, you will be signing a new year long lease with my current roommate.
Looking for someone who is available to take over the lease at the beginning of March the room becomes available.
You will need to be approved by property manager, it is a super easy application.


It is a spacious room for rent in a bathroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of an old Victorian in the Mansion Flat
neighborhood.
The complex is made up of only units, it’s very well maintained and everyone is very friendly.
The neighborhood is very walkable, only about minutes to DOCO and minutes to the Midtown Farmers market.

Deposit is $
Rent is $ + around $ in utilities (depending on the time of year)
Parking is street parking and is pretty easily accessible.
Washer and dryer available onsite.
You’ll have space for things in the shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The living room currently has a couch and coffee table and the kitchen has a small table and chairs.
The room you’re in is right off the kitchen it is on the opposite side of the apartment from your roommate
The room has two closets, with a full size bed you still have plenty of room.
The room has a ceiling fan and wall AC/Heater.

Your current roommate is a y/o female who works a M-F
She has 2 very sweet kitties.
Unfortunately there are no other pets are allowed.
The cats do roam the house however have not been allowed in the room you’ll be moving into since I have a slight allergy to cats.
I would love to stay out my lease as my roommate is very chill and easy to get along with and the apartment is full of light and in a great area however life had other plans for me and I need to find a place for my growing family now.
