The neighborhood has a great walk path, and parks great for picnics and dogs. The neighbors in the area are friendly and quiet. The home itself is bath- utilities are included. Would prefer someone who is a non-smoker/vaper.

I am a working professional, a clean person and easy going! I would love to have roomies that are up for an occasional hike or movie night but totally okay with someone who enjoys keeping to themselves. I would love to chat about any questions you may have!
