The price of my lease is cheaper than a regular lease because they have honored the original price since I first started living there.

This is a -personal-bathroom unit for $ + electricity usage, which is approximately $ per month. The shared spaces are the kitchen and living room. This is a 4-person apartment where each person also has their own room and bathroom.

All my roommates have moved out as well because they graduated, and new roommates will be moving in soon. This is only for males because you will be living with otHi everyone!
