- Location: Union on th (very close to campus), brand new apartment (we're the first to live there)
- Floorplan: (ALL FEMALE), private bedroom, private bathroom, fully furnished
- Rates: $/month (WILLING TO NEGOTIATE) + utilities
- Amenities: Lots of study rooms, fitness center, spin room, coffee machine, cupcake ATM machine, pool, rooftop, basketball court
- Preferences from my roommates right now: Female, clean and tidy, no pets, no party in the unit.
