Looking for a roommate!

I’m a thirty-two-year-old female from Montana (I’ve lived in the Treasure Valley for over S I X & a half years now)! I work full-time.

I have a private bedroom [the master bedroom], with a small walk-in closet, & a connected private bathroom available in the T W O & a half bathroom townhouse that I'm currently renting in Meridian! Less than ten minutes from The Village! Near the intersection of Fairview Avenue & Locust Grove Road!

****Available the first day of February****

PICTURES ARE OF THE CURRENT TOWNHOME UNIT I’M RENTING - the same townhome unit I’m looking for a new roommate for, once the lease ends with my ex-boyfriend.

Looking for a roommate to sign a 6-month [or longer] lease with me (February first through July thirty-first… with the potential for a lease renewal at the end of the 6-month lease).

The bedroom available for rent will NOT be furnished. Everything else in the townhome is already furnished. Some furniture/decorations throughout the downstairs shared spaces may change when my ex-boyfriend moves out & a new roommate moves in.

Rent: $one thousand, S I X hundred forty-two/month (split evenly with me; $ E I G H T hundred twenty-one/month each)

Deposit: $ E I G H T hundred (split evenly with me; $four hundred each)

Utilities & WiFi, etc. NOT included!

(1) covered parking spot is included with rent, as well as access to the community's twenty-four hour fitness center, plus the community's outdoor pool (open approximately from Memorial Day through Labor Day) & hot tub (it will be opening tomorrow & I believe it will then stay open year-round). Additional [unlimited but uncovered] parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

This is a pet-friendly community with two fenced in "dog parks" & a walking path nearby.
