Hi! I'm a first-year Ph.D. student.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January until the end of the Spring term in .
I am considering moving to a bigger/more expensive room in the same housing since my housemate is leaving.
It is a very quiet and clean house. All of the housemates are polite and nice.
The house is less than min walk to campus, and min by bike.
