- Security Deposit: $1,200
- Application Fee: $38
- Unfurnished
- Washer/Dryer: Not in unit, but laundry is on-site
- Location: Prime area with excellent walkability, plenty of dining options, entertainment, and a safe neighborhood.
- Application: Must pass a credit and background check to qualify.

You’ll be sharing with me, a female roommate who’s an actress, writer, producer, and marketing professional. I’m looking for someone who’s a working professional, clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
