Hello everyone, We have a common bedroom available for rent in Choa Chu Kang with no agent fees. The rental rates are $ for a couple and $ for a single person. We are an Indian family looking for a long-term tenant for a period of 6 months to 2 years. Utilities will be shared among family members. The room is available for immediate occupancy, and we require 1 month's rent plus a 1-month deposit. The toilet is conveniently located near the common room. A new queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and aircon are provided. Tenants are allowed to use the fridge and washing machine, and cooking is permitted. The location is strategically located opposite Giant, a food court, convenience store, and markets. Direct bus to Boon Lay Bus Interchange/Jurong is available.
