This furnished private room is for one single person only who must be working or a student. There is a small fridge, toaster, TV, microwave, twin bed with pillow and comforter (please supply your own towels and linens), lamp, rug, large reclining chair, big cushions and throws, mirror, dresser, and wardrobe. The room has two windows with views of the garden, which has a nice little patio with a couple of chairs and a table. Off-street parking for one vehicle. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking/vaping on the property. The house is close to Walmart and Main Street and ESU in East Stroudsburg, which is approximately 2 miles away and miles from Northampton Community College, the Monroe Campus. There is a month-to-month lease ($) or an option of a week-to-week lease ($), both are inclusive of all utilities including internet and TV.
