Private 1 Bedroom/Personal Bath

I have a 1-bedroom available with a private bathroom, a divided patio, attached storage, parking pass, and all utilities included (except electric, split ). The location is convenient, close to Waterworld and the

The room is unfurnished with a large closet and built-in shelves. It also has access to the patio, which I’ll divide with a puppy gate to give more personal space, though the entire patio is available to use.

The shared living spaces are furnished, and there’s room to add a second TV if needed. There’s also a fireplace for extra comfort.
The unit is older, but I have a new fridge and a "new" dishwasher arriving soon. It’s a sub-level unit, making moving easier. The internet is fast and unlimited (Xfinity), perfect for streaming or gaming without issues.

I have a small, well-trained dog, but I’d prefer not to add another. He’s very friendly, however, I’ve found most other dogs end up marking a lot when they are here despite him only going potty outside. It’s very weird and consistently happens and I honestly don’t know how to make other dogs stop.

My college aged daughter is moving out so I’m looking for a responsible adult to move in roughly January 1st. You’ll need to be on the lease, and a background check will be required.

I’m a bartender, so I work late and keep to myself. Things are usually pretty quiet here.
