About the Apartment:
It's got amazing views of Pikes Peak and Ute Valley Park from the patio, living room, and your bedroom.

Direct access to Ute Valley Park out the door on the way to the parking lot —just steps away from one of the trailheads!
Perfect for hiking and biking enthusiasts.

Entry/living room has a high angled ceiling, and the apartment was recently renovated before I moved in, and has a wood burning fireplace.

Plenty of parking available nearby; passes are $8/month, with covered spots also available.

Amenities include a pool and hot tub (I’ve heard it might be open year-round starting next year!) and a -hour fitness center that is smaller, but has your essential equipment.

The room available for rent is the smaller of the two if you look at the photo of the apartment layout, but you do have your own full bathroom right across the hall from your room. There is a stain that management is aware of, the carpet was just deep cleaned .

Lease Information: You’ll join the current -month lease, which ends in May . My previous roommate unfortunately had to leave our lease in order to move back home out east. The room is available January 1, or potentially sooner if approved. I plan to renew the lease in May as I love the apartment, the management, and the views. While the complex has some mixed reviews about maintenance online, I’ve had a great experience so far.
