Requirements: Must pass application process through property management/ Half of rent and utilities to be paid every month/ Must take care of own groceries/ Must deep clean kitchen or bathroom once a week alternating rooms between other person of the house (cleaning products paper towels toilet paper can be shared costs unless wanting a specific item)/ Anything that was bought for the common rooms may be shared unless otherwise said not to be touched by the individual that purchased them (ex. kitchen appliances living room equipment bathroom items)/ Must keep noise at a respectful level early mornings and late nights
If bringing a guest please let other person know an hour beforehand to prepare to leave or do whatever it is they need to be out the way if necessary/ GUESTS MAY NOT STAY OVER FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK unless agreed upon for emergency reasons/ MUST SMOKE TOBACCO PRODUCTS ON BALCONY/ Cannabis and vaping indoor use is fine/ If bringing a pet any pet rent and deposit will be your own responsibility/ Upkeep of your animal is YOUR responsibility
